I’m Jay Maynard and Welcome to Delmarva Waterfowl TV. My wife Laurie and I have started a TV show that focuses on the rich history of the Chesapeake Bay as it pertains to waterfowling. Our goal is to provide the finest in waterfowl television by producing action packed video of hunts as well as resources for hunters in the Delaware, Maryland and Virginia region. We will exhibit local duck and goose hunts with the best waterfowlers in our area as well as introduce our viewers to some of Delmarva's best callers, carvers, trainers, breeders, and retailers. Viewers will have access to a variety of information that will encompass every aspect of waterfowl hunting, such as preparation of supplies and equipment, training dogs, learning calls, and where to look for taxidermy. Ultimately, we want to include anything and everything that we feel would be valuable to the local waterfowl community.
We are working with professionals in our area who are willing to offer their expertise as well as have their businesses highlighted on our television show. Our concept is not the typical hunting show with heavy rock music and kill shots every other second. We plan to make our program interesting to hunters and non-hunters alike trying to shed a positive light on our sport while informing the viewer of all this region has to offer. Whether you are a hunter, decoy collector, dog lover or just like to spend time on the bay we feel Delmarva Waterfowl TV will have something to offer everyone.
